Sayida Peprah-Wilson, PsyD

Dr. Sayida Peprah-Wilson is both a licensed clinical psychologist and birth doula with specialty in multicultural psychology, trauma, suicide prevention and maternal mental health. Dr. Sayida earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with a Multicultural Clinical-Community Emphasis, from the California School of Professional Psychology, at Alliant International University. She completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology and Religion at Spelman College. Dr. Sayida’s study and work strongly emphasize multicultural awareness and in an effort to further this, she has traveled to Ghana, Mexico, Egypt and India, studying mental health approaches, indigenous culture and local spiritual traditions.
Susan Lowe, LMFT

Susan Lowe is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #113352). Susan has worked in the in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family therapy from Pacific Oaks School of Cultural and Family Psychology in Pasadena. She has been trained Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Nurtured Parenting, Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Seeking Safety, and Meditation and Mindfulness. She offers psychotherapy (talk therapy) services to adults, children, teens, couples, and families. She specializes helping clients with anxiety, PTSD, depression, parenting and relational challenges.
Tamikka Claybrook

Tamikka Claybrook is a transformational, social justice leader with more than 25 years of experience in finance, operations, and administration management in various non-profit and for-profit industries. Ms. Claybrook oversees all finance and operations and is responsible for guiding and managing the organization's financial action and cash flow, analyzing strengths/weaknesses in the company's finances, and overseeing all aspects of its financial success. Ms. Claybrook has a proven track record of overseeing and managing budgets upwards of $17M. She is based in Southern California and through both volunteerism and professional efforts supported impactful community collectives and grassroots outreach efforts.
Phillipa Johnson

Ms. Phillipa Johnson has over 35 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She served as the Executive Director, University of Southern California, (USC) School for Early Childhood Education. Prior to her USC appointment Ms. Johnson worked 25 years as the Deputy Director and Interim Director for Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science Head Start, Early Head Start, State Preschool - Early Education Programs. The Drew University Early Education Programs were annually funded for $18 million, served 1,800 children ages 0-5 years old with 21 school sites located in Compton, Los Angeles, Paramount, and Lynwood communities.
Aiyana Davison

Aiyana Davison is a full-scope Certified Nurse Midwife with over 12 years of experience in a combination of hospital, home and birth center settings providing high quality patient-centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan.
Michelle Henderson
Board Member
Michelle Henderson is an attorney for the Los County Alternate Public Defender Office. She has over 9 years of experience providing legal services within juvenile delinquency courts, including with clients who are human trafficking survivors, pregnant, on probation and/or are in foster care. Through her work supporting pregnant juvenile clients, who began to turn to her for guidance and advice, she was inspired to become a doula and completed doula training in 2021. Michelle proudly uses trauma-informed care to help sexually trafficked youth and adults with their prenatal and postpartum needs in Southern California.
Roshan Kindred

Roshan Kindred is an agent for change and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion executive. She had been recognized by P.O.W.E.R. magazine for her work in leading change equity within corporate America. She currently serves as the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer for InSeason Development Group, a Los Angeles based DEI & Legal consulting firm. As the former Global Director of Iron Mountain Entertainment Group, she was responsible for negotiating global agreements, mergers, and acquisitions for some of the largest brands in film and music. No stranger to advocacy, Roshan was one of the founding directors of Iron Mountain’s global DEI program, serving 10 countries, on three continents, for 25,000 employees. She is a champion for inclusion, equality and belonging, advocating to some of the nation’s largest CEO’s on the purpose and prosperity of diversity and inclusion. She is known for her high level of emotional intelligence, leveraging her ability to motivate and lead to create long-term change within an organization. With over 15 years of training and development, she is well-versed on delivering thought-provoking training on unconscious biases, inclusion, equity and belonging training to leading leaders through organizational turmoil. She is currently authoring a transformational guide to help organizations pivot into positive change.
